English	Fire Tests according to DIN EU ISO Standard 1182	The standard testing method for a fire test under DIN EN ISO 1182 requires a film thickness of at least 1 mm on top of the test body. Lime wash paints, however, never achieve such a film thickness as they penetrate into the substrate and by their very nature are not film forming. EN ISO 1182 has not made provisions for testing of materials that don’t achieve the 1 mm film thickness. Currently we are actively exploring ways to overcome that limitation with the testing laboratory. Please check again for updates.
